Sizes and options
The focus of all KENNFIXX solutions is always on grip and the clear and permanent identification of your cables. As part of the cable system, KENNFIXX is captive, medium-conducting and patented. KENNFIXX is available as a complete product family:
- KENNFIXX for several sizes / flow rates (DN6.3- DN19)
- KENNFIXX with couplers that can be coupled “under pressure”
- KENNFIXX AIR for compressed air lines
- KENNFIXX rings & discs for marking on the carrier vehicle
- KENNFIXX HOME parking station to store cables safely uncoupled
- KENNFIXX non-return valve, screw into 1/2″ internal thread

KENNFIXX air: The hose marking system for pneumatics
KENNFIXX air is an adjustable, non-slip coupling aid that helps to protect your compressed air lines in the long term. The position of the KENNFIXX air handle can be firmly adjusted using a nut and the 45° angled connection also allows the line to be laid according to your requirements. This results in ergonomic positioning of the compressed air hose that is gentle on the material. Kinking is avoided and the line is protected.
The handles are available in red and yellow. The other well-known advantages of the KENNFIXX hydraulic hose handle, such as ribbing, possible laser engraving, anodized aluminium and non-slip feel, are of course also available with KENNFIXX air.

Coupling under pressure
We can cope with pressure: Challenge us!
KENNFIXX can also be fitted with a coupling that can be connected under pressure. Both a solution with a cone valve and a flat-sealing coupling are available, both of which can be connected under pressure.
This allows you to easily overcome back pressure in the system without having to open the clutch mushroom. When using the clean, flat-sealing clutch, you also avoid oil leaks.
Of course, both coupling variants are also available without the KENNFIXX marking handle. See for yourself how easily and quickly you can “couple under pressure” without tools.

KENNFIXX hose grips are also available with pre-assembled coupling kits including pre-assembled hydraulic hoses on request. Hydraulic hoses are available both cleaned and with a test certificate in a kit together with KENNFIXX. We manufacture and assemble to your specifications in OEM quality. Dust caps in matching colors are available for all 10 KENNFIXX colors.

Laser marking and branding
Individual laser service in-house
We laser a company logo, texts or QR codes, for example, onto the handles in a permanent and resistant way. This gives you your own KENNFIXX system.
You can use the QR code option to go to your homepage, for example, or directly to the spare parts list for your machine. Laser treatment precisely removes colored anodizing; this method is permanently “high-pressure cleaner-proof”.
